About the Artist
A brief description about the artist

Creating atmosphere through colour and texture.
I have been painting since childhood, driven by a lifelong passion for art and visual expression.
My artistic practice began with Post-Impressionism and later evolved into Cubo-Expressionism. Working primarily with oil on canvas and gouache on paper, I explored the relationship between colour, structure, and form. These foundations continue to influence my work today. Over time, my practice has developed towards contemporary abstract landscapes, characterised by luminous colour, layered geometric forms, and a strong sense of atmosphere. I now work mainly with acrylic on paper and canvas, often incorporating mixed-media techniques to create depth, texture, and transparency. Inspired by the natural landscape, my paintings explore mood, memory, light, place, and emotional experience rather than the literal appearance of a scene. Through colour, geometry, and abstraction, I seek to express the atmosphere and feeling of the landscape, inviting viewers to connect with it on both a visual and emotional level. My work combines the structural qualities of Post-Impressionism, the expressive energy of Expressionism, and the freedom of abstraction to create landscapes that balance geometry, colour, and atmosphere. Each painting reflects my ongoing exploration of the emotional connection between people and the natural world.
